The Promoting Wellness and Resiliency (PWR) app was created for Monmouth University students, faculty, administration and staff to help identify ways to help yourself or others to build resiliency and identify when and how to seek help. The PWR app does not provide diagnoses or mental health treatment but provides information on building resiliency, identifying behaviors of concerns, and resources on ways to get help so that we may improve mental health and reduce suicide risk on campus.
Requires iOS 6.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
